Crushing - the first processing stage
Crushing and grinding of post-production waste is one of EkoRespect's core services and a key stage in the entire recycling process. Shredding material to a uniform fraction is essential before washing and regranulation.
Before crushing, every batch of material goes through manual sorting by an experienced team. We eliminate mechanical and metallic contaminants that could damage machinery or lower the quality of the finished product.
EkoRespect prioritises quality over volume - which is why input material control is just as important to us as the crushing process itself.
