About the product
Regranulate from a controlled source
Regranulate production is EkoRespect's main product. We produce it exclusively from material we purchase ourselves - meaning we know the history of every batch and can maintain consistent quality.
Before regranulation, every batch goes through manual sorting, crushing and closed-loop washing. The finished granulate is dry, clean and free from metallic contaminants.
We sell regranulate in bulk batches to manufacturing plants - as secondary raw material for the production of film, pipes, technical articles and other plastic products.

How do we produce regranulate?
Purchasing & sorting
Input material from our own purchasing. Manual sorting and contaminant removal.
Crushing
Shredding to a fraction suitable for washing and regranulation.
Washing & drying
Industrial washing in a closed loop. Mechanical drying of the material.
Melting & granulation
Melting of clean material, filtration, granulation and quality control of the finished product.
