Plastics washing - industrial washing plant

EkoRespect's industrial washing plant is the stage directly preceding regranulation. After crushing, the shredded material enters the washing line, where we remove organic residues, oils, detergents and other surface contaminants.

We use industrial detergents combined with mechanical cleaning. The water used in the process is recovered and reused - it is not discharged into the sewerage system and poses no environmental threat.

Only clean and dry material is delivered to customers - without excess moisture that would negatively affect the regranulation process.
